"Management consists largely of older, German man. They do have some subconcious prejudices and not enough women in leadership positions. The company culture is very good and fair though"

"Lots of young women starting careers at company but unlikely they will stay after they become mothers. Only a few women have made it to VP positions (mostly from Marketing / not Manufacturing)"
