"Due to having chronic migraines, my male bosses (up the chain, of course) have supported my 100% WFH, but primarily because I am extremely responsible, and my "customers" were in other regions already. My working from home makes no difference to my customers in NYC and WPB, they don't have any idea I'm not in the ATL office."
