"Overall Chevron has a great culture and they do generally support work life balance and maternity leave. It is a male dominated company, but I have not felt that to be a hindrance. "

"Chevron has many different schedules you can choose from: 4/10, 9/80, 5/40, which is great. Chevron has a modest hybrid policy, which requires 3 days in office. Mondays and Fridays are designated at home days. Given Chevron’s work locations, there’s an opportunity for Chevron to allow more remote work for folks who don’t want to continuously move or live in the places Chevron has offices. "
