"I hit my 10-year mark at Credera this year and am so thankful for my time here. I came from a very toxic company culture and coming to Credera was such a breath of fresh air.
While no company is perfect, the reason I have stayed at Credera it because I have been continually offered ways to explore my passion areas and find new ways to find happiness and fulfillment here. We have room to experiment, to try, and to fail, in order to better ourselves and make our mark.
The people here are amazing and our culture continues to be values-driven, the latter of which is why I originally came to Credera. But the space to explore yourself here is a huge part of why I stay.
A few years ago, I approached leadership with a desire to explore a new focus area that I felt could advance some our efforts. I am so happy to say that Credera allowed me to follow a passion area by creating a new role and career track. That kind of flexibility has confirmed that my future will remain bright here for a long time.
I have always felt supported and considered an equal to other employees here and have also always felt supported when trying to balance being a mother. "

"It's a great company, they provide a lot of opportunities for growth, professionally and personally. It can be intimidating to be in a place so male-dominated, but they people are friendly and are (mostly) willing to hear different opinions. The partner teams all agree on improving diversity, but the level of commitment varies between them. The company has acknowledged they have a problem, but there has been some pushback from employees who would like to maintain the status quo. I would also beware of falling into the internal initiative trap. A lot of women are actively involved in a lot of initiatives, and because it's "expected" of them, they don't get it as an added bonus to their review. Men/other departments can do the same thing and it's seen as doing more. It can be a bit frustrating "

"The company has little diversity at the senior leadership level at this time, but I am optimistic leaders are working on creative ways to change this through promotions and recruitment."
