"It is a good place to work that is focused on expansion and not afraid to promote women into positions of influence. Flexibility and work life balance is highly dependent on location and job function. No official maternity leave policy in writing. "

"No paid maternity leave. We only get 6 weeks of short term disability leave at 66% of your pay after you have been here a year."
