"Be prepared to work hard but do not expect that from the team lead. Be prepared not to be backed up on a decision you made even though management wants you to be an independent thinker."

"It's a good place to work if you're raising a family. I had several coworkers, both male and female, that were able to leave early to pick up their kids or whatever."

"It's generally a good place to work and has good benefits. But like in most male dominated companies, where men hold a majority of senior and executive positions, there will be subtle discrimination, such as lack of trust and difficulty fitting in."
