      "Overall it is a great place to work. Women leaders throughout the org helped to make it inclusive. Lots of focus and support around families/working parents. However, my department (Product Management) was significantly underpaid - this was both in relation to market value and in comparison to other roles at Curriculum Associates with similar expected salaries. There also was a lack of growth opportunities for those looking to move to Senior level within the org."
