"A lot of it depends on your teams and partner and I did not have any bad experiences about being a woman specifically or feel as though it was harder for me to succeed as a woman vs. a man. However, almost all the directors and partners in my office were male so it is harder to make networking connections in that regard. "

"Be careful with this company. Work from home is fully supported, but the organization itself is completylu disorganized and the level of communication, job expectation and training is very poor. Lack of support can create a stressful, high anxiety culture, and no one wants to be under constant stress all the time. Also, the Business Development Team tends to be very backs tabby and full of gossip. If they don't like what color your blouse it, they will find a way to get rid of you. The organization doesn't support growth opportunities from within. Advancement is for their hired favorites."

"Cushman & Wakefield is a growing company working to embrace and foster a more diverse and inclusive culture. We are a large company so some policies, though a push in the right direction, take time to develop. I am confident that current leadership is committed to creating a better work environment and increasing engagement for both men and women. That being said, depending on who is your supervisor can change the experience as woman employee and what department you are in. The Brokerage department isn't inclusive of women. There are still great lengths to go to empower women in a very corporate environment but overall Cushman & Wakefield has been a positive work environment. "
