"A lot of it depends on your teams and partner and I did not have any bad experiences about being a woman specifically or feel as though it was harder for me to succeed as a woman vs. a man. However, almost all the directors and partners in my office were male so it is harder to make networking connections in that regard. "

"Don't. It's an old boys club and racist. Lots and lots of white males with a few token women and minorities. There are quite a few white women but they are usually under 30 and hardly any get past a low manager position. "
