"Cushman & Wakefield is a growing company working to embrace and foster a more diverse and inclusive culture. We are a large company so some policies, though a push in the right direction, take time to develop. I am confident that current leadership is committed to creating a better work environment and increasing engagement for both men and women. That being said, depending on who is your supervisor can change the experience as woman employee and what department you are in. The Brokerage department isn't inclusive of women. There are still great lengths to go to empower women in a very corporate environment but overall Cushman & Wakefield has been a positive work environment. "

"Commercial real estate, as a whole, is a male-dominated field. Difficult to get foot in door, but once you are established, there are lots of opportunities."

"New maternity leave policy of 6 weeks of "two year average earnings" - but if commission employee, this is equivalent of $960 a week (equivalent of $48k per year). Most people in a commission role would have average earnings well above this. 6 weeks only if at the company more that a year; 4 weeks if under a year."

"Work life balance is hard to achieve if you want others to respect you. Technically, there aren't policies in place for brokers but the expectation is that you are there 10+ hrs a day. "
