"It's a fast paced environment and easy to get overlooked and overshadowed by more dominant individuals. At times, it can feel as if you aren't being listened to. However, if you can stand up for yourself and make a little more noise, you can get recognized."

"Ideally they have great policies but left up to the managers. My manager was greedy and covering up a lot of selfish self centered needs and requires the support of others to accomplish, the hire up unaware and wouldn’t want to have to deal so some employees got great flexibility at the expense of others"
