"The Americas CEO, Christiana Riley, has centered people, culture, and DEI in her leadership agenda. The benefits (health, wellbeing, financial and social) have always been competitive and inclusive. The hybrid working model is going well; many people are in the office 2 or 3 days a week. (Some front office and client facing need to be in more.) The new NYC HQ office building is fantastic and makes coming to the office enjoyable. There are lots of ways to connect with colleagues and the DEI employee resource groups are very active. There is a public global commitment to increase the representation of women in leadership positions and DB is making good progress towards that goal. It's a fast-paced environment with opportunities to make an impact. "
