"Countless situations where deserving women are not promoted. Sexist attitudes. Women who are mothers are treated with suspicion about their commitment to the job. There is no one culture - some managers are good but senior management not supportive of women."

"while most large ib's tend to have very similar policies, and issues around retaining women (and db has all of them) bad management and a shambles of an evaluation process makes it particularly bad. "
