"There is so much opportunity to grow, but you have to put the time and effort in. While family is super important and the leaders "get it", the business has needs. Be known as someone that goes above and beyond and leaders tend to be more flexible with your familial needs."

"Entry Level Sales has the least amount of flexibility. In sales, if you are a tenured rep or management, you have up to 4 days work from home. Dell is a meritocracy, if you have earned the trust of your leader, they tend to be very flexible, but you have to put your time in to develop that trust."

"As long as the work gets done and done well, it does not matter where you do it from, of course the exception to this rule is Tech & Care roles as those you need to come in to office"
