"I work here predominantly for the fact that the culture supports remote working. I now work 100% remotely, but while pregnant and for the first 6 months of my kid's life, I went into the office 1-3 times a week. I find that nearly every manager I have ever had here values flexibility and is open-minded to not striking the whip on the 8-5pm hours. So long as you get your job done on time, they let you have free reign of your schedule. It's easy to become a workaholic though because you want to do a good job to keep up with the talent surrounding you. I would definitely recommend this to all ambitious moms. If you are looking for a "scam-like" work from home job without reliable childcare, this is not the job for you. If you're ambitious, intelligent, and okay with ambiguity, this is the perfect place as a working mom to get the flexible schedule and working locations you need while being mentally challenged and respected for the work you do."

"The location I am at is generally good about treating women and men equally, but some of the remote locations we deal with are rather chauvinistic. There is no guidance for maternity leave, you just have to talk to the last person to go through it. The maternity leave was not at full pay, and you had to use all but 1 week of your vacation and sick time."
