"Delta Vacations prides itself on treating everyone equally and equitably. They offer paid maternity leave and unpaid baby bonding leaves. Delta Vacations has 8 senior leaders, 5 out of the 8 are women. Our president is a woman, she demonstrates every day how women can succeed and excel at running a successful business, balancing work and personal priories, and treating everyone with dignity and respect. "
