"The leadership is still mostly middle-aged men. While they have a lot of experience in the finance/payments space, they do not have the technology experience they need to become a payment tech and data company. They are also favoring retaining the leadership over others with strict policies and expectations of working in certain hubs in the new hybrid model, however, the CRO lives in Oregon. "
