"Donnelley Financial Solutions sprouted from the long standing RR Donnelley. Any other companies this old are rampant with culture problems. DFIN is special. There is a heavy ratio but there are multiple women on every team and at various levels. DFIN is investing on all fronts into its employees and I would really hope more women can join to take advantage of their efforts. Yes the ratio is not there at the moment but the structure, benefits, and culture are ready to welcome any women! "
