"ABB Optical Group's sales organization is a "Boys Club Only" company. Their entire Senior Sales Leadership Team (Director Level) is comprised of men. HR is compromised and unable to impact change as their VP of HR's daughter is the CEO's Admin and the wife of a male executive leadership team member is a member of the HR Management Team. Very messy and unethical."
