"I would say its better than most large corporations - but it is still very much a large corporation who deals with consumerism, a huge wage gap between executives and the general employee population and at higher levels toxic male behavior is ignored or they fail up."

"There are constant performance double standards for men and women, and women are frequently passed up for promotions despite working long hours. The company uses its “storytelling” as a crutch and says this empowers women, all while treating its women employees unfairly."
