"Sometimes other women in management positions weren't always "allies" lower ranking staff. That said, I think that overall this is a pretty good law firm for women."

"I think flexibility depends on your position. I was not an attorney there so I can't speak to flexibility for attorneys. But for billable staff, because the billing requirement plays an important part in determining your pay increase and bonus it meant working a lot of overtime. There were, however some opportunities to work remotely. For my legal assistant friends (they aren't billable roles) there didn't seem to be a lot of overtime. I didn't see anyone ever working from home, so that didn't seem to be an option for them. But some policies seemed to differ depending on office as well. Some office managers were a bit more lenient than others from what I heard."
