"Be careful of who fall in with at the company. There is a 'high school clique' mentality in most departments. If you are not friends with the right people, you will not get further in your career in that company. They hire young employees where it is their first job and do not know any better. They have unqualified managers in positions they should not be in."

As a whole, Dude Solutions has a great sense of community and is always making strides to ensure their employees are happy. "
