"Great benefits including a 16-week parental leave in the US. Still high percentage of males vs. females, but the firm is very focused on diversity, and recently achieved gender parity at the Executive Board level."

"The policies and benefits are based on European policies, so they're pretty good, but HR support is horrible and they do a lot of CYAing."
