"The most dysfunctional place I have ever worked. Leadership consistently fail to provide clear direction, meaning staff are pulled in multiple directions with conflicting guidance over the course of a given year, and ultimately, don't produce the kind of work we claim to//are capable of as an organization.
While there are many women and women of color specifically in senior leadership, sexism is definitely still present--male leaders ignore and dismiss female colleagues, and curious gaps in compensation and title exist when comparing male and female employees doing similar jobs. Even more prevalent, despite doing a good job of recruiting people of color, is the presence of racism and unchecked microaggression against colleagues of color.
Relationships across and within teams are toxic and oppositional, frequently resulting in good work stalling out. "
