"The culture definitely is divided into cliques, and your success will have very little to do with how good you are or how hard you work and mostly be who you know and if you're in the right "in group""

"Overall, my experience has been positive. It is traditionally a male dominated field. In the past couple of years, there have been several efforts to increase female representation at all levels. Still a lot of work to do, but at least the conversation is happening. "
