"During zoom meetings it is always directed towards obtaining the opinion of the few males in the room. It’s very odd."

"Company has gone through a restructure for last couple of years that has sometimes been uncomfortable. But I am glad I stayed. I like the direction in which we are going. Our new Leadership is working to change the culture from the top down. I find that our hard work is noticed and appreciated. Opportunities are offered to the individuals who take the initiative to advance their careers."
