"It is a white male dominated leadership environment at every managerial position. Men are promoted quicker than women, and to correct an net imbalance of genders in the company an influx of white blonde female graduates are routinely hired. This only further entrenches a ‘men manage women’ mentality in the largely inexperience management cohort, who have not had management experience until Elixirr promotes them. Moreover, eventually these female graduates leave or are pushed out while their male counterparts are promoted. There is a stench of unconscious bias that stifle the vale women offer. Even clients have asked ‘do any women work at your form?’ when they see male after male enlisted to support in projects"
