"The health benefits are great and very well priced.
There is no parental leave policy, just the standard FMLA/short term disability. Many of the Brazilian expatriates will judge if you mention taking less than 12 weeks off because they are granted 6 months. This is disheartening and stressful.
It's difficult to flex time for doctors appointments, you'll usually need to use accrued PTO (which you may be trying to save for maternity leave, so that's stressful).
The PTO policy is pretty good. You earn around 4 hours every two weeks for the first 2 years, then 6 weeks after that. The accrual rate doesn't increase until 10 years of service, which is too long in my opinion."

"My manager is supportive of my growth and career, but not as much for work life balance. It's hard to get time off, whether vacation or sick time. In many ways I feel as if I'm treated more as an hourly employee rather than a professional with a salary."
