"If you're in sales or operations you should be fine. But as a female technician, you definitely need to be aware that because of the amount of time you spend with your coworkers, the age range, and just the lack of females, you're bound to get hit on by coworkers. In the hotels though from their own staff, if you're pushing or carrying anything heavy, you will get frustrated male hotel staff when you politely let them know that you can't let them handle the equipment. Just gotta have some thick skin to work on the floor."
