"Look for another opportunity. While the CEO is female, she micromanages and slows things down. She has created rework and does not listen to experts but men around her who do not know what they are doing but follow their own ego. It has cost the company time and money and driven people to leave the company to have to change their strategy a few times now."

"They claim there is a work life balance, however, I was constantly contacted until 11pm and as early as 6am. I was denied time off even though there is unlimited time off (discretionary). Not everyone is treated equal, if you are a good employee you are actually treated worse."
