      "Culture depends on the department you join. Some departments have complicated management, unsatisfied employees, and a lack of cross functionality. Others are strong, lean teams that build each other up. My team does a great job at making sure people are heard, but unfortunately the executives are a roadblock to growth, pay, and morale"

      "Know your worth and negotiate. I became an employee through an acquisition and didn't understand my worth and industry averages for my salary and as a result I was underpaid."
