There's a reason why Ethos is only diverse among specific groups. Reviews are not transparent and you'll be left in the dark. Management often makes excuses for failure to provide context to their decision. But the truth is, y'all are just firing shots in the dark.Questionable product/market fit. Employees are encouraged to market Ethos to families, but many of us aren't comfortable doing so with our own. Overall, Ethos is a dehumanizing environment. For any prospective employee, I strongly suggest you reach out on LinkedIn to get a sense of what the company is really like. What is truly suspect are phrases like "some other folks struggle in this kind of environment". Look at your data, and learn from it - not just the employees who were successful here, but the reasons why people left."
