"EvergreenHealth has great potential to model a future state of healthcare provision. It is a good medium sized organization embedded in community values. But it needs more leadership willing to innovate the financial model to a place of success. HR needs to join the 21st century, and other supporting departments need to provide adequate support and expertise to the medical group. There is much potential here. We just need more collaborators and innovators to help the organization catch up."
