"Some teams are really good and encouraging.Based on the org and SBU,I would encourage another woman to work for Factset if they get into a revenue producing business unit.Even for software engineer ,everything is based on which SBU they work for."

"FactSet has a great work life balance and the maternity leave is generous. They give their employees alot of flexibility as well. The company is imbalanced when it comes to the ratio of men to women in senior positions. The compensation is not transparent."
