"This is a great place to focus on your family life. The health insurance is good, parental leave is good, and the hours are very flexible.
Culture wise, it is not good. The work is frustrating. Projects are painfully slow and not interesting. All of your coworkers will be overseas in Manila or India and there is very little interaction outside of the short, preplanned meetings. "

"While the initial relationship building, trust and network is critical, the level of flexibility I have now more than meets my expectations. I honestly feel that my family comes first and I am afforded the latitude to ensure I'm the best mom and best employee. "
