"Although my team is heavily dominated by men, I never feel alone or like I stand out because of that. In fact, my opinion and involvement is more sought after, if anything. There is visible effort to recruit and promote more women to leadership positions. "

"One of the best parts of being a woman working at FactSet is all the smart women around. It is the first place I've worked that is technology-related with with so many women at every level. There is a drop off at the top levels but I do feel the company is actively working on that along with other DE&I initiatives"

"It’s a male dominated environment where promotions and projects get decided at happy hours and sports leagues that women aren’t invited to. Some work is being done around DE&I, but it’s mostly still stuck in the lean in feminism phase where blame is placed on women and employees of color instead of the culture. "
