"FactSet is a very good place to work and I would recommend it to other women. There has been a push in recent years to have more women and diversity in the upper management layers and this is really starting to change the culture. There is flexibility in working hours and accommodating for caring for children. Compensation is a black box though and unfortunately seems a bit disparate between men and women. "

"FactSet cares about its employees and our wellbeing. We recently adopted a "New Work Standard" which allows employees to choose a work structure that works best for them- fully in office, fully remote, or hybrid. I find work-life balance to be great and I have time to dedicate to my family. Maternity leave is fairly generous for the U.S. (16 weeks) although not the best in the industry. My boss was supportive in helping me re-integrate after maternity leave, as well as during a difficult personal situation in my life. I've also used the company EAP for counseling which I found to be helpful. We could definitely use more women and POC in senior leadership roles and elsewhere, but it's something I know the company is actively working on through Sponsorship programs, DE&I initiatives and recruiting. "
