"Leadership truly cares about the children and families that attend Fallone's Funtime Center! They've also created a learning environment for everyone including staff! she has been in child care a long time and has helped me grow as a teacher! "

"There is a level of disconnect between the lower level daycare providers and the management staff. Basically if anyone has a complaint they will not listen, or if they do nothing gets done about it. I was told on multiple occasions if I did not smile more at my job they would quickly find someone to replace me. They make you feel replaceable and unimportant."
