"There is a stated goal of having 50% female workforce and the other women here are strong, supportive, fun, and really positive. When I looked for a new company, it mattered a lot to me that I find a home where I wasn't the only woman in leadership. I'm glad I made my choice to be at Fearless. A very positive culture for me (and my family). "
