"I have heard men talking amongst themselves about strip clubs and pornography, and women gossip and bully so if you are easily offended and don't have a thick skin do not work here."

"In my own personal experience, I have truly enjoyed all the other women in this office. There doesn't seem to be any drama, any gossip, any major issues. We all have our own opinions and ways of doing things, but nothing more than that. and nothing that has interfered with doing our jobs. "

"Don't waste your time if you are a woman wanting to advance your career. This is the good old boys club and I do mean - Set your clocks back to 1952 women should not be heard from- good old boys club. "

" Its a very stable company with the ability to earn six figures. Showroom consulting is recommended for someone who wants a very fast pace retail type position. You need to be very patient, customer service oriented and willing to be pulled in many directions throughout the day. It can be very stressful and you have to multi-task all day long otherwise you will never get all your work done. Most showroom consultants are in their 20s/30s without children. Low work/life balance. Very demanding and no flexibility. "

"You will be working for a seemingly fair company that is heavily male dominated. I believe that sometimes not being part of the good ole' boys club leaves me out of important conversations. "
