"I've worked at Fidelity for 5 years and it's a good company that I believe cares about its employees. It's a privately held company with many high-level women but some of the policies (e.g., maternity leave) are still a little outdated. WFH is flexible and you get personal days, which is nice. I think men and women are treated fairly."

"Lots of women specifically in my department and awesome female leadership. Our clients, however, are men and it seems to foster a boys club environment in varying departments. We do have a female CEO, but she doesn't seem to promote things like work flexibility or generous maternity/paternity leave options."
