"A lot of movement for growth, great senior leadership team with female representation, can be difficult to prioritize family while also trying to progress in your career - some difficult and intense personalities."

"Good policies, good people. A lot of trust within the org allowing employees to take the time they need but incredibly demanding hours/expectations. Even though policies are progressive in this field, often employees can be looked down upon for taking advantage. "
