"Salary lower than average, teachers are required to stay past contract hours several days a week for useless PD training. People from administration will often come into your classroom and tell you out loud in front of your students how you should be teaching, which is not only demeaning, but gives your students the impression you're not the one in charge, adding to the already rampant behavior issues and disrespect towards teachers. Seems most of the teachers are also unlicensed and the bulk of the staff is very young and inexperienced."
