"Go elsewhere - this is a culture where male managers judge female employees on whether they find them attractive. Off color jokes are voiced in open office spaces, and language used is often thoughtless.. One woman was told to compensate for an inept male employee by ‘acting as his wife’. Workers have been referred to as ‘men in the trenches’. All sorts of other forms of discrimination are rife. If you are gay do not apply here - they can’t even bring themselves to put the words ‘sexual orientation’ in their employee handbook (under CO law this is a protected category)."
