"While there is a good percentage of women working in the organization, equitable treatment, advancement and career opportunities for women are siloed within departments. Some departments are good, but other departments are fraught with old school “good-ol-boy” culture. Very dependent upon the leadership at the head of each tower and not consistent across the corporation. Proceed cautiously."
