"Personally, I've been thrilled to work at Pyka. And I've seen women in roles across the board thrive here. I think everyone at Pyka is listened to, treated with respesct, and valued for the work they contribute."

"My manager provides me with a balance of ownership and guidance that I really appreciate. I oversee projects and processes that I enjoy being in charge of; at the same time, I always feel comfortable asking for input or support. My manager checks in regularly about how I'm doing and how I'm feeling about my workload. In especially busy weeks, he's proactive in asking how he can support me."
