"Very generous maternity leave benefits and flexible work schedules. Very family friendly. Somewhat lacking in female leadership on the professional side of things."

"I had been there a very brief time but saw several women leave and many complain due to the desire to see more of their children. Also heard about partners making patently women-biased comments in reviews about female attorneys. Work/life balance is hard. Lots of pressure. Terrible mentorship, even from female partners who talk behind ones back instead of making constructive comments about work to new associates."
