"Hard to get a foot in the door, but worth it. Tough love workplace, with opportunities to explore and grow but high expectations and demanding . Don't come in if you aren't flexible, willing to work with a variety of cultures and able to thrive in ambiguity."

"I believe this is a great company for women to work at. They provide an excellent work/life balance. They offer back-up child care, an onsite health center, onsite gym, onsite dry cleaning, ample vacation time, and standard maternity leave benefits."
