      "Proactively look for opportunities because that is the only way to find out what is happening. Be very vocal. Trust that others want to help and be collaborative. Document everything. If you think you aren't being put in a position of success you HAVE to bring it up."

      "This company has a great culture. But, like any tech startup, it has it's issues with promoting women and treating them fairly. A lot of the issues can be contributed to a lack of training and a generally male dominent team. Benefits are slowly declining after purchase by Comcast and I expect continued deterioriation. Most employees stay happy because the culture is wonderful. "
