"The culture of the firm is fairly flat but there are other aspects, such as schedule flexibility and some degree of transparency with leadership, that are beneficial. "

"It is a great place to work; however, like many companies, there are proportionally more men in leadership roles than women. When all the information is available, it appears if men are paid more than women who perform at the same or higher levels in some instances. With regard to attorneys, the some men seem to promote/market other men at the expense of other more suitable women. You just need to find a supportive supervisor who will champion your work, give you credit when due, and promote/market you when necessary."
